摘要: Summary. We report five patients with phaeochromocytoma associated pregnancy and review the 42 other cases reported in literature from 1980 to 1987. The overall maternal mortality was 17% fetal loss 26%; antenatal diagnosis of reduced zero 15%, but made only 53% patients. Although is rare, a high index clinical suspicion must be maintained all those at risk investigated if earlier improved outcome are achieved. Once confirmed, alpha-blockade essential beta-blockade may required. CT scan or magnetic resonance imaging used localize tumour during period. In first second trimesters, resection has good outcome; later pregnancy, delivery by elective caesarean section followed recommended.
