摘要: Abstract A red-emitting silicon fluoride acrylate (SFA)-Eu(III) copolymer was prepared based on water-in-oil emulsion polymerization method. Its photoluminescence including the temporal decay studied in addition to thermal properties. Of emissions due 5 D 0 → 7 F J ( = 0–4) transitions of Eu 3+ ions, an intense red emission 2 transition observed at 618 nm under 395 nm excitation, together with a weak 580 nm. Compared some commercial phosphor, SFA-Eu(III) also have higher QE value. From optical properties it suggested that ions were located disordered non-inversion sites copolymer. The glass temperature T g ) estimated about −51.5 °C from differential scanning calorimetric curve, while chemical decomposition start 385 °C thermogravimetry analysis curve. Taking into account stability wide range from −51.5 °C 385 °C, is expected act as potential component for near-UV excited white LEDs.
