摘要: Retinoids play an important role in the regulation of cell growth and death. Synthetic retinoid CD437 reportedly induces apoptosis various cancer lines. However, mechanism inducing hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells by this agent remains to be clarified. In study, we investigated signaling pathway which HCC Apoptosis six human lines was induced treatment with CD437. Caspase-3 -9 were activated CD437, suggesting that is mediated mitochondrial pathways.
