摘要: This study discusses the factors that affect passengers’ intent to use automated immigration clearance system (e-gate) and corresponding causal relationship. Based on Technology Acceptance Model, we constructed a model by considering need for personal interaction perceived risk, designed questionnaires focus group discussions observed compared behaviour Structural Equation Modeling Hierarchical Regression identify several important issues. Results indicated (1) experienced users, attitude ease of are key with positive effects intention; (2) inexperienced negatively influences intention, usefulness has little effect (3) ‘experience’ significant main moderator risk intention. These results suggest following implications: enhanced experience, inductive promotional strategies, feedback loop, provide options examination stamps, reach balance between control facilitation.
