摘要: Abstract This paper presents the characteristics of diesel exhaust particle number and size distributions. These were measured for different engine load conditions from 10% to 100% full at a maximum torque constant speed, using mini-dilution tunnel sampling (MDTS) ejector–diluter (EDS) systems. The particles sampled analysed scanning mobility sizer (SMPS). In general, concentration increased with increasing both measurement Comparing volume concentrations, MDTS system measures lower level in nanoparticle range, D p nm , but higher accumulation mode 50 than EDS system. measurements also showed that shifted count median diameter (CMD) larger distribution all conditions. It is mainly because leads transformations nucleation condensation taking place simultaneously when emissions are cooled diluted. However, effect coagulation on total was shown be negligible. On other hand, can minimise distributions during heated dilution process. Hence, provide more reliable
