摘要: The application of evaluation techniques in developing countries has expanded rapidly recent years, although the absolute number programs social and economic development which explicitly contain components remains relatively small. Examples range from small non-formal education projects rural Guatemala to wide ranging regional Brazil. Governments are not only concerned with assessing benefits long espoused strategies (e.g., land reform or technical assistance) but also improving methods for implementing existing as well experimental health care, community participation planning, etc.).
