摘要: Human embryo cryopreservation represents an indispensable extension of in-vitro fertilization (IVF) programmes as long they are based upon the recovery a large number oocytes. The most widely used procedures include human zygotes or embryos in early cleavage, using 1,2-propanediol and sucrose cryoprotectants. Our results over 10 year period (1986-1995) on 5032 thawed cycles involving 14222 stored make it possible to appraise contribution freezing assisted reproduction. Embryos survived freeze-thaw process 73% cases leading 4590 transfers 2.2 (91% cycles). clinical pregnancy rate per transfer was 16%, live birth 12%, babies born alive transferred 6%. Embryo monitored years later produced average 8% additional births. By then, 86% had been for patients. Destruction donation were required only all frozen there no news from parental couple relation almost 6% embryos. fate vast majority decided during first 5 storage. Blastocyst is making new strides, thanks co-culture systems selection. Micromanipulation seem have little impact outcome freezing. oocyte again clinically applied. Indeed, much concern about injuries structures through do not be justified, problems with frozen-thawed has overcome intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). As maturation well controlled, better will probably obtained mature cryopreservation. Emerging methods immature oocytes, follicles ovarian tissue.
