摘要: ABSTRACTAn interesting problem in management of technology and economics innovation is how to explain the sources some breakthroughs research organisations. The present study confronts this by analysing main determinant discovery quasi-periodic materials that has generated a scientific paradigm shift crystallography. inductive shows radical innovations adopted labs, used high-skilled adopters (called lab-oriented innovations; e.g. Transmission Electron Microscopy), support enhance processes. This evidence substantiates theoretical framework, which explains relations, characteristics, properties improve processes induce superior organisational performance advanced fields. R&D implications are discussed.
