摘要: The objective of this study is to understand how the integration digital technology (DT) in Bangladesh Film industry has been responded by its production, distribution and exhibition related organisations. Since no research on considered a developing country context, specifically within area concentrating rather than films themselves, therefore addresses gaps knowledge field. Industry (BFI) used be centre for film exhibition, but traditional decline decades. In response decline, government started an process DT 2003, yet eight years after launch only fraction project completed. Apart from partial adoption production sector, have appeared resist new technology. This thesis sets out explore causes through workforce, business owners, practitioners, scholars, officials executives functioning outside industry. With mixed method approach emphasis qualitative engagement (two case studies 38 interviews), explores current attitudes beliefs identifies potential barriers effective integration. particular dissertation examines five areas: integration, training workforce development, capabilities, argues that political factor was most important driver integrating DT, while training, development compatibility at individual organisational levels were ignored.
