摘要: Industrialization and population growth have brought about a global water crisis. Nature can no longer compensate the exploitation of our freshwater oceans. One billion people reliable access to clean drinking water; two live in precarious hygienic conditions. Famine, poverty, epidemics, infant mortality are closely linked with Social, ecological, political, economic conflicts obstruct efforts resolve Water is an instrument power. The key question reads: Is commodity or free inalienable human right? By approaching from phenomenological perspective, Who owns Water? seeks persuade reader that element constantly flowing changing defies all claims own it, be they political economic, instead responsibility entire international community.
