摘要: Abstract Nanosized TiO 2 thin films with anatase structure were synthesized by a sol–gel dip coating method using TiCl 4 -ethanol solution as precursor. The resulting was aged between 0 up to 24 h and characterized the X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy (AFM), UV–vis photospectroscopy. AFM reveals that aging time incites grain growth of crystal in films. effect on morphology, photocatalytic, superhydrophilic behavior also studied. It found there is an optimum photocatalytic yields reach maximum, simultaneously. Photocatalytic photo-wettability mechanisms follow two kinds behaviors, depending whether less or more than threshold value around 1 h.
