摘要: Central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC), the fourth most common nonsurgical retinopathy, is characterized by retinal detachment commonly involving macular region. Although natural history of CSC shows a self-limiting course, patients are known to present with persistent, recurrent, or even bilateral distressing visual loss. Multimodal imaging techniques for include optical coherence tomography (OCT) enhanced depth imaging, fundus autofluorescence, fluorescein angiography, indocyanine green and OCT angiography. Evolution new in addition conventional modalities has revolutionized understanding about pathophysiology hence diagnosis management. This review article elaborates on current risk factors, as well multimodal imaging-based features CSC.
