摘要: Early and late germinating classes of seedlings a population Viola blanda were censused for three years. Seedlings later had significantly higher probability death, especially during period relatively high mortality years after germination. Later consistently smaller than earlier seedlings. Mortality was size-dependent concentrated among individuals. It is hypothesized that the effect germination time on mediated through differential growth.
