摘要: Two promising types of Cu/stainless steel (SS) macrocomposite and Cu-Nb microcomposite winding wires for large scaled high field pulsed magnets are reviewed. The estimation the potentially achievable combinations mechanical electrophysical properties has been done. features corresponding manufacturing processes Cu/SS presented. strength-conductivity several conductors given. Relationships between microstructure parameters discussed. RT (room temperature) ultimate tensile strength at level 900-1100 MPa conductivity 50-60% IACS with cross-sections up to 40 mm/sup 2/ attained. For 6 cross section exceeding 1400
