摘要: More than 240 compounds were detected when the volatile components of flowers and fruit from several Actinidia arguta genotypes investigated. Around 60-70 different extracted individual tissues each genotype. Two methods sampling (headspace solvent) favoured classes compounds, dependent upon their volatilities solubilities in flower or matrices. The largely comprised linalool derivatives including lilac aldehydes (12a-d) alcohols (13a-d), 2,6-dimethyl-6-hydroxyocta-2,7-dienal (8), 8-hydroxylinalool (9), sesquiterpenes, benzene that are presumed metabolites phenylalanine tyrosine. Extracts samples contained some monoterpenes, but dominated by esters such as ethyl butanoate, hexanoate, 2-methylbutanoate 2-methylpropanoate, hexanal hex-E2-enal. A number unidentified also detected, 8 so closely related they either isomers one compound two more compounds. This is first report presence a range Actinidia.
