摘要: Bioreactor systems play an important role in tissue engineering, as they enable reproducible and controlled changes to be made specifi c environmental factors. They can also provide the technical means perform studies aimed at understanding biological, chemical, or physical effects. Furthermore, bioreactors allow for a safe production of constructs. For later clinical applications, bioreactor system should advantageous method terms low contamination risk, ease handling, scalability. With respect drug screening, main challenge is effi cient, handling large quantity constructs parallel (high-throughput screening). To date, goals expectations development have been fulfi lled only some extent, design engineering very complex still early stage development, especially use screening. In this chapter, aspects are summarized, overview existing concepts provided. An artifi cial immunosystem will used example demonstrate how increased fundamental biochemical, signifi cantly improve properties 3D
