摘要: We analyze the electrical and mechanical stress in bounding membrane of a cell (or vesicle) suspension which is deformed by an external applied field. The treated as thin, elastic, initially spherical, dielectric shell analysis valid for frequencies less than reciprocal charging time (i.e. MHz), or constant fields. A complete analytic solution obtained, expressions are given relate deformation, surface tension transmembrane potential difference to show that tensions range lyse membranes induced at values field same order those reported plasma cells suspension.
