摘要: Objectives To clarify the present status regarding repeat examination in annual population screening system Japan, and to analyze clinical characteristics prostate-specific antigen kinetics of prostate cancer detected this setting. Methods We summarized individual data antigen-based Kanazawa, analyzed detection rates at first screening. The were compared between patients classified according favorable or unfavorable cancer, two groups. Results From 2000 2011, 19 620 men participated program, a total 59 019 screenings carried out. numbers examinees increased, gradually decreased. decreased second year. rate was not different from that with features significantly higher among than high velocity low doubling time screening. Conclusions Repeat could contribute early it seems might predict
