摘要: This chapter introduces the relevant Buddhist values for business by reviewing conceptions of economics (inter alia, work Schumacher, Pryor, Payutto, Inoue, Welford, Daniels, Nelson, Magnuson, Puntasen, Zsolnai, and Brown). Before all, corresponding teachings Buddhism are summarized. reflects plurality tradition, includes three distinct research tracks: (i) exegetical; (ii) Buddhism; (iii) constructivist. The exegetical track aims to interpret original sources economics-related teachings. studies how societies monastic organizations apply economic working models. constructivist construct models, practices, policies help today’s economies function in accordance with basic Buddhism. identified economics, namely: simplicity, nonviolence, compassion, moderation, wisdom, responsibility, well-being, mindfulness, interconnectedness, generosity, contentment, genuine care.
