摘要: A lattice-gas model is constructed for oil-water-surfactant mixtures. The phase diagram of this obtained by using mean-field theory and Monte Carlo simulations aided low temperature expansions. Microstructures, structure factors, mean droplet lifetimes are also determined in some phases. Both two three dimensions studied, the former more detail than latter. It shown that it natural to interpret paramagnetic our as a microemulsion. Our found exhibit various properties qualitative agreement with experimental observations mixtures: (1) two- three-phase coexistence occurs between oil-rich, water-rich, microemulsion phases along first-order boundaries or triple line certain regions model; (2) line, which ends tricritical point, short leads oil- water-microemulsion interfacial tensions; (3) microstructures (including bicontinuous ones dimensions) factors similar ones; (4) droplets long lived like their counterparts; ( 5 ) long-lived, metastable phases, including long-period, lamellar, glasslike appear at temperatures. limitations discussed. study compared other studies models
