摘要: Decision making is an integral part of surgical practice and a skill that as important the ability to operate. Sound decision result acquiring ‘surgical wisdom’, which achieved through learning, experience reflection. This paper reviews processes with respect choosing correct procedure deciding when operate, how operative decisions are made, together factors influence our decisions.
