摘要: Cytotoxic and proinflammatory properties of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) have been reported in few studies but the direct interaction between AgNPs neutrophils, which play a key role inflammation, has never documented. Here, we examined with starting size 20 nm (AgNP 20) human neutrophils. Using dynamic light scattering for characterization NPs suspended under identical conditions to those used vitro experiments, found that, at 10 μg ml –1 , 92% AgNP possess diameter 17.1 but, 100 tri-modal distribution large aggregates was observed (> 500 nm). Neutrophil cell increased when treated transmission electronic microscopy experiments revealed that can rapidly interact membrane, penetrate localize vacuole-like structures, be randomly distributed cytosol after 24 h. Treatment h (but not –1) neutrophil apoptotic rate inhibited de novo protein synthesis. We conclude induced apoptosis act as potent inhibitors synthesis 100,
