摘要: Fluid-rock interaction is an integral part of metamorphism in the crust, and causes significant mass transfer most clearly demonstrated by mineral veins, ore deposits, alteration fronts that are ubiquitous throughout metamorphic belts. Quantification major trace element fluxes during fluid-rock critical for complete understanding global cycles. The SW Highlands Scotland ideal natural laboratory investigation metamorphism. Syn-metamorphic time integrated fluid within 6km wide Ardrishaig anticline have been quantified vary from $ $300 m$^{2}$/m$^{3}$ axial zone (Skelton et al., 1995, J Petrol 36, 563). This study investigates occur as a function variation flux anticline. Both depletion enrichment chemical elements occurs scale increases with increasing flux. Mobile include Si, C, K, Na, Sr, As, Sb, mobility varies strongly lithology. well-constrained, localized correlates well larger regional studies (Pitcairn 2006, Econ Geol 101, 1525) where many were shown to be locally mobile but very few undergone large transport.
