摘要: Long-flexible fiber orientation under the influence of a squeeze flow field is an important engineering problem. Fiber models have been constructed for short in simple shear. This article uses long model previously proposed by authors (Meirson and Hrymak, Polymer Composites, 37, 2425 (2015)). new accounts velocity gradient along allows to exhibit flexibility. In this study, applied solve two-dimensional case that approximates compression molding flow. It was found unlike shear relative dimensions system has great effect on orientation. addition, several rules thumb are from results. POLYM. COMPOS., 2017. © 2017 Society Plastics Engineers
