摘要: To development biomimetic strategy for enhanced cancer therapy, the paclitaxel loaded egg white/sodium alginate nanoparticles were prepared by electronic spray method. Their appearance and particle size observed transmission electron microscope analyzer. The drug release behavior of was determined high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). toxicity, morphology interaction to cells studied means MTT, live/dead staining laser scanning confocal microscopy. results show that have good dispersion, regular morphology, performance, biocompatibility in vitro effective inhibition CT26 colorectal cells.
