摘要: The angle resolved photoelectron spectroscopy (ARPES) is performed in most cases on single crystal sample surfaces. Momentum information becomes available ARPES, facilitating the experimental evaluation of band dispersions. By fully utilizing energy distribution curves (EDCs) and momentum (MDCs), Fermi surface (FS) topology can be quantitatively estimated.
