摘要: Public safety has been a great concern in recent years as terrorism occurs everywhere. When public event is held an urban environment like Olympic games or soccer games, it important to keep safe and at the same time, have specific plan control rescue case of terrorist attack. In order better position communities against potential threats, utmost importance identify existing gaps, define priorities focus on developing approaches address those. this paper, we present system which aims providing decision support, threats response planning risk assessment. Threats can be form Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Explosive (CBRNE). assess manage possible risks such attacks, developed computational framework simulating crowd behaviors, police guards' missions. The characteristics behaviors are modeled based social science research findings our own virtual experiments with real human participants. Based gender age, person different behavioral characteristic. Our swarm intelligence agent-based modeling, allows us create large number people characteristics. Different test scenarios created by importing creating 3D environments putting certain attacks (such bombs toxic gas) locations time-lines.
