摘要: Abstract Submillimeter emission spectra of the low stratosphere (24.5 km) between 30 and 110 cm -1 have been used to determine line positions strengths for many lines originating in magnetic dipole transitions homonuclear molecule O 2 . Observed are shown be excellent agreement with recently derived theoretical values. Line these lines, which never measured laboratory, also obtained from spectra. Measurements were made by utilizing equivalent blackbody envelope defined peaks heavily saturated H throughout spectrum widths lines. The resulting found significantly higher than values calculated on basis recent work and, those a comparison is possible, previously laboratory determinations. This general feature present data vital not only establishment basic molecular parameters , but application methods 3 stratospheric concentration determination as an internal calibration balloon-borne instrumentation.
