摘要: Baylisascaris procyonis is one of the common nematodes raccoon (Procyon lotor), being well recognized as a cause visceral, ocular, and neural larval migrans in many species wild domestic birds mammals, including humana. Between January 15 December 31, 2000 Orange County, CA, 640 raccoons (P. lotor) were live-trapped four spatial distributions zones, B. egg shedding prevalence fecal per gram (EPG) counts determined relation to distribution season year, age, sex. Egg rates not statistically different between but EPG count primarily residential Zone D differed significantly from other zones. exhibited significant rise fall decline winter higher juvenile male than adult female raccoons. The overall was 72.0 +/- 1.8% (461/640), 27,982 1,006.
