摘要: Abstract This article considers the problems of framing questions, answers to which depend on informants' memories. The are illustrated with examples from British Survey Sickness. In an experiment in a group government employees were asked recall what sick leave they had taken and when, predominant error consisted forgetting when occurred rather than it completely. results checks other memory questions show importance carefully defining redefining for informant period time question covers.
