摘要: Mineralogical and petrological properties of black shale occurring in the copper ore deposit Foresudetic Monocline have been described. Specific character layer its behaviour processing technology was discussed. A concept recovery from flotation circuits Lubin Concentrator by separating a by-product (middlings), which represents tailings first cleaning presented. It found that investigated cannot be practically upgraded using standard xanthate flotation. This is due to remarkable enrichment organic carbon, similarly content carbon petrographically “pure” shales. After comprehensive examination it assumed middlings can regarded as concentrate ready for bio- hydrometallurgical processing. The effect non-oxidative leaching with sulphuric acid on further shown nonoxidative selective process, calcium magnesium carbonates decomposition leads effective liberation sulphide minerals finely disseminated hydrophilic gangue. Partial removal (between 70 90% total content) resulted evident valuable minerals. Consequently, an increase both metals concentrates obtained after leaching.
