摘要: Abstract OBJECTIVE: This study was designed to evaluate the uterine vascular responses endothelin-1 in pregnant and estrogen-treated nonpregnant sheep. STUDY DESIGN: Seven five oophorectomized ewes received local artery infusions of endothelin-1, norepinephrine, phenylephrine. Arterial blood pressure, heart rate, flow were recorded. RESULTS: Endothelin-1 (0.01 3.0 µg/min), norepinephrine (0.1 3 phenylephrine 10 µg) produced significant dose-related decreases increases resistance. On a nanomoles infused per minute basis, much more potent than as vasoconstrictor both The similar ewes, whereas response blunted pregnancy. CONCLUSION: is an extremely but responsiveness decreased (AM J OBSTET GYNECOL 1992;167:1642-50.)
