摘要: AbstractHumans often describe places by landmarks in natural language. However, there is no appropriate digital representation of human concepts place – a so far elusive concept for use information systems. This paper proposes and tests formal model to capture the perception transferring fingerprints from robotics: being characterized around it. For purpose realistically testing whether can be described fingerprints, an algorithm computing and, independently, situ survey these their were designed. The results indicate that union all locations with same fingerprint characterizes ‘place’ cognition.
