Solar stills integrated with a mini solar pond — analytical simulation and experimental validation

摘要: Comparison between theoretical and experimental analysis of a mini solar pond assisted still is presented in this paper. In pond, experiments were conducted for different salinity. It was found that the optimum value salinity 80 g/kg water. Effect sponge cubes still, effect integrating with combination both are discussed. The average daily production to be increased considerably, when it integrated pond. Theoretical analyses made using conservation energy results obtained give very good agreement experiments.
