摘要: It is known that long-term space flights lead to dysregulation of the cardiovascular system, and endothelium most important functional element such dysregulation. In order find signs endothelial dysfunction in cosmonauts who have been flights, we collected urine samples from 21 before flight on first seventh days after landing. The were investigated by chromatography–mass spectrometry analysis. Proteins identified using MaxQuant software SwissProt database. package Perseus was used for semi-quantitative reconstruction associative molecular networks performed ANDSystem software. We 200 different proteins Russian cosmonauts. made it possible determine seven processes related functioning. These had direct relations 17 proteins, which functionally associated with endothelium. At same time, eight (such as serotransferrin, prostate-specific antigen, fibrinogen gamma chain, UFO tyrosine kinase receptor, aminopeptidase N, vascular cell adhesion molecule 1, osteopontin, syndecan-4) significantly changed (p < 0.01) at points recovery period (the days). Thus, study protein composition evaluation proteomics methods.
