摘要: Camptothecin (CPT), a modified monoterpene indole alkaloid, is well-known antineoplastic agent. A comparison of 25 different transformed root culture lines Ophiorrhiza mungos (hairy roots by Agrobacterium rhizogenes), which produce CPT, showed total CPT content 890–3200 μg/g dry weight. Untransformed cultures O. accumulated approx. 2000 μg CPT/g tissue, or 2500 DW in total, respectively. Both and untransformed organ high yields therefore represent an interesting system for the feasible sustainable bioproduction as raw material pharmaceutical industry. production other systems will be reviewed compared. In present study, comprehensive comparative kinetics relation to conditions, growth parameters, nutrient utilization, formations were determined. The absolute positive correlation with growth; thus constitutive biosynthesis assumed. was released medium substantial degree. Media seemed actively regulated themselves, at least line, exhibited specific level each line. influence nitrogen source investigated. Ammonium preferred source, but nitrate beneficial essential pH value regulation consequently biosynthesis.
