摘要: The overwhelming interest in the use of microalgae to handle associated nutrient surge from anaerobic digestion technologies for treatment wastewater, is driven by need efficient recovery, greenhouse gas mitigation, wastewater and biomass reuse. Here, feasibility growth ammonium nitrogen removal rate semi-continuous mixed culture paddle wheel-driven raceway pond helical tubular closed photobioreactor (Biocoil) treating sand-filtered, undiluted piggery effluent (ADPE) was compared under outdoor climatic conditions between June September 2015 austral winter season. Two Biocoils, (airlift submersible centrifugal pump driven) were tested. Despite several attempts using airlift-driven Biocoil (e.g. modification sparger design), no net observed due intense foaming loss culture. Initial concentration 893.03 ± 17.0 mg NH4 +-N L-1. Overall, similar average (24.6 7.18 L-1 day-1) (25.9 8.6 achieved. volumetric productivity grown (25.03 0.24 AFDW 2.1 times higher than pond. While significant differences detected cultivation systems, overall carbohydrate, lipid protein contents consortium averaged 29.17 3.22, 32.79 3.26 23.29 2.15% respectively, revealing its suitability as animal feed or potential biofuel feedstock. could be maintained more three months without changes algal composition. Results indicated that suitable simultaneous production effluent.
