Amperometric Glucose Biosensor Based on Integration of Glucose Oxidase with Palladium Nanoparticles/Reduced Graphene Oxide Nanocomposite

摘要: We report on a new type of amperometric glucose biosensor that was made by integration oxidase (GOD) with palladium nanoparticles/reduce graphene oxide (Pd/RGO) nanocomposite. The Pd/RGO prepared one-step reduction method in which the nanoparticles and reduced (RGO) were simultaneously accomplished from dispersed solution PdCl2 graphite (GO) hydrazine. asprepared nanocomposite exhibits favorable electrocatalytic activities towards oxidation H2O2, makes it good platform for construction biosensor. analytical performance is fully evaluated. It shows properties terms short response time (3 s), high sensitivity (14.1 uA/mM), low detection limit (0.034 mM). In addition, effects pH value, applied potential, electroactive interference stability discussed as well.
