摘要: Electrical resistivity at 30° to 60°C, current-voltage characteristics and thermal response by chopped light were measured for SiC fibers (Nicalon). The showed NTC resistance-temperature characteristics, thermistor constant B was 20 4640K. Current proportional applied voltage under an electric power below 4mW (for 500 with 10 mmlong). A well-defined resistance change of fiber (B=2920K) observed a cyclic temperature in 20Hz light. found be promising material fast response.
