摘要: Although drug-abusing women try to moderate their drug and alcohol use during pregnancy, they often relapse at a time when childcare needs are high maternal bonding is critical an infant's development. In the clinical setting, search for neural basis of drug-induced caregiving deficits complex due several intervening variables. Rather, preclinical studies that control dose regimen, as well gestational postpartum environment, allow precise determination effects drugs on behaviour. Given relevance issue, this review will gather reports phenotypic correlates behaviour in studies, focus detrimental consequences mother-infant interaction exerted by perinatal alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, cocaine stimulants opiates. The disruptions repertoire associated with adverse infant outcomes. A comprehensive overview help promote refinement treatment approaches toward disorders misbehaviour, favour augmented parenting resiliency.
