摘要: Brassica napus L. was resynthesized through interspecific hybridization between B. alboglabra Bailey and B campestris with the objective or developing yellow-seeded forms of this species. For hybridization, one black-seeded form light brown-seeded (a subordinate oleracea) brown ten were chosen as parents. Crosses female parent more successful than crushes female. The use embryo rescue culture technique greatly increased number surviving hybrid embryos. Colchicine treatment required for doubling chromosome amphihaploid plants. In newly-resynthesized rape forms, white petal partially epistatic over yellow campestris. self compatibility hypostatic to incompatibility character completely eptstatic alboglabra. Implications results from study in breeding are discussed.
