摘要: Feijoa (Acca sellowiana [O. Berg] Burret [Myrtaceae]) is a native fruit species of southern Brazil and northern Uruguay. This amenable to somatic embryogenesis therefore suitable as model system for comparative studies zygotic embryo development. In seed plants, involves three main steps, which are regulated by many factors, such hormones, proteins, polyamines, transcription factors. the present work, dynamics protein, sugar, starch, amino acid, polyamine accumulation were assayed during A. sellowiana. Protein, levels accumulated unevenly induction phase embryogenesis, while sugar content remained stable. Throughout different developmental stages synthesis proteins acids showed patterns similar those reported previously development embryos this same species. Differential observed. important because these compounds affect other endogenous growth regulators, auxinindole-3-acetic acid that mainly involved in establishment polarity.
