摘要: BACKGROUND A laboratory incubation experiment and greenhouse studies investigated the impact of organo-mineral (OM) fertilization as an alternative practice to conventional mineral (M) on nitrogen (N) uptake losses in perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne) well soil microbial biomass ammonia oxidizers. RESULTS While no significant difference plant productivity emissions between treatments could be detected, increase total N content average 17.9% decrease nitrates leached were observed OM compared with M fertilization. The community responded differentially treatments, suggesting that organic matter fraction fertilizer might have influenced immobilization short–medium term. Furthermore, nitrate contents fertilized soils significantly related bacterial but not archaeal amoA gene copies, whereas non-fertilized a relationship copies was found. CONCLUSION The application maintained sufficient turn increased use efficiency noticeably reduced losses. this experiment, ammonia-oxidizing bacteria drove nitrification when source added soil, archaea responsible for oxidation soil. © 2015 Society Chemical Industry
