摘要: Unhealthy diet and lack of physical exercise are responsible for fat accumulation in the liver, which may lead to liver disease. Histologically, severity disease has two stages: nonalcoholic fatty (NAFLD) steatohepatitis (NASH). NAFLD is defined by presence steatosis with no evidence cellular injury such as hepatocyte ballooning. NASH a distinct entity from NAFLD, characterized inflammation hepatocytes damage, or without fibrosis. While several therapeutic strategies have been proposed improve this condition, present review aims discuss nonmedicinal interventions used reduce involvement prevent altogether. The authors investigated dietary patterns vitamin deficiencies associated their role enhancing severity. Additionally, they reviewed use interventions, intragastric balloon bariatric surgery, improving progression. propose monitoring progression repair following changes cytoadipokine levels.
