摘要: Two factors have stimulated the present intense investigation of acrylamide neurotoxicity. These are health hazard accompanying vast and increasing industrial production acrylamide, promise illuminating mechanism dying-back disease in human nervous system by employing as an experimental tool. The paper discusses uses its regulation, prevention, detection clinico-pathologic features intoxication.
