摘要: Reconstruction of complex wounds the hand associated with severe bone, tendon, nerve and soft-tissue injuries has been a major problem in surgery. Early definitive coverage this kind extensive wound well-vascularized tissue is one most important stages reconstruction for salvage extremity restoration function. Although multiple free flap donor sites have described upper wounds, authors think that anterolateral thigh (ALT) lateral arm (LA) flaps are good choices because their reconstructive characteristics. These can be used as flow-through also sensate flaps. There no need position change intraoperatively two teams may work simultaneously. Donor hidden there required sacrifice artery or muscle.
