摘要: Abstract Concrete filled steel tube columns have been widely applied in modern construction. However, limited work has done on the resistance of concrete subjected to non-uniform fire conditions, and a calculation method with clear physical meanings is useful structural engineers. Columns are usually exposed 1-, 2-, 3-face heating under real scenarios. In current work, 3D finite element model was developed simulate conditions. After validating proposed FE model, failure mechanism discussed. Parametric studies were conducted investigate influence critical parameters. A theoretical approach calculate heating. By comparing experimental data numerical simulations, validated be sufficiently accurate predict ultimate load capacity
