摘要: Communities are increasingly being required by state and federal funders to achieve outcomes be accountable, yet often not provided the guidance or tools needed successfully meet this challenge. To improve likelihood of achieving positive outcomes, Getting Outcomes (GTO) intervention (manual, training, technical assistance) is designed provide necessary tools, tailored community needs, in order build individual capacity program performance. GTO an example a Prevention Support System intervention, which as conceptualized Interactive Systems Framework, plays key role bridging gap between prevention science (Prevention Synthesis Translation System) practice Delivery System). We evaluated impact on performance using survey- interview-based methods. tracked implementation gathered user feedback about its utility acceptability. The evaluation suggests that it can such demonstrates fulfill intended role. Lessons learned from relevant illuminating framework discussed.
