摘要: With the advent of PCR-based STR typing systems, mixed samples can be separated into their individual DNA profiles. Quantitative peak information help in this analysis. However, despite such advances, forensic mixture analysis still remains a laborious art, with high cost and effort often precluding timely reporting. We introduce here new automated approach to resolving mixtures. Our linear (LMA) is straightforward mathematical that integrate all quantitative PCR data single rapid computation. LMA has application diverse problems. As demonstrated on laboratory data, assess quality utility its solutions. Such robust methods for computer-based mixtures may reducing crime.
