摘要: Abstract An automated nitrate determination is described in which reduced to nitrite with hydrazine sulphate under alkaline conditions the presence of Cu 2+ and Zn . Interferances encountered natural water samples were eliminated by addition catalyst solution. The method suitable for low NO 3 −N concentrations compares favourably manual copperised cadmium technique freshwater containing 10–800 mg m −3 −N. also linear at below 10 N standard deviations (S.D.) blanks 2 0.013 0.06 respectively an analysis rate 30 h −1
